My work connects preventive health, communication and business building. I work directly with clients and professionals, and build alongside people who want to create a business of their own.

It’s not a guessing game.
My work is centered around test-based preventive health. We make it easier for people to understand what’s actually happening in their bodies through simple at-home testing, so they can make more informed decisions based on their own data.
It’s a simple concept, but incredibly powerful. I work directly with clients and also with professionals who want to integrate prevention into their existing services.
I work hand in hand with business-minded people to build an international business in test-based preventive health. A scalable model, practical systems and personal support provide the foundation.
Together, we build customer relationships, develop partners and establish processes that others can use too. You bring entrepreneurial drive. I bring experience in communication, business building and working with people.

The idea behind Team KAIZEN grew out of my connection with Japan. Kaizen is a simple but empowering philosophy: keep improving, a little at a time. It has helped shape the person I am today.
What began with Alex and me is now a community growing month by month, with people around the world. We’re connected by a desire to grow, build our own businesses and make a positive impact.
We put that philosophy into practice through shared experience, practical learning and taking action. One step at a time, we want to inspire change in life.

I enjoy turning ideas into something real.
I’m Ricarda, an entrepreneur who enjoys connecting people and putting ideas into practice. Communication is at the heart of my work: listening, asking questions and offering guidance.
Before working in preventive health, my husband and business partner Alex and I founded FOREACE, our own golf ball brand. I worked on everything from design and production to marketing, partnerships, customer service and packing orders. Building a product from scratch taught me to combine creativity with responsibility and follow-through.
Our move from Germany to Malta began with a dream of more sunshine and sea. We’re the kind of people who do what we say, so we decided to make that dream come true. Eighteen months later, we were here. Starting again taught me courage and persistence.
I’ve travelled widely, including in Asia, and visited Japan several times. Working with people from different cultures keeps me curious and open to perspectives beyond my own.
